Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Please allow additional time during peak periods or holidays.
  • Custom Orders: If you’ve ordered a personalised item or item made from fabric that is out of stock on our website, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
  • If you need your new swag by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost. Delivery typically within 2-3 business days.
  • Local Pickup: We offer free pickup in Googong, NSW or the Canberra CBD. If you select this option, we will contact you to arrange a time and pickup location. 

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Australia and to select international locations. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please contact us for shipping options.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress online.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors may affect shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
