No Returns Policy
- Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased from our store.
Order Accuracy
- Sizing: Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase. Ensure that you select the correct size, color, and item. You can find a sizing chart at this link:
- If you are still unsure about sizing, please reach out to us before placing your order so that we can help.
- Please note that all sailor bows, bow ties, and bandanas are individually handmade and sizing and pattern placement can therefore vary slightly between each item. As all of these items are designed to slip over-the-collar, there is extra flexibility with sizing. However, if you are unhappy with the sizing, please contact us to see if we can help.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. We will review the issue and work with you to address it. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item, but this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 5 business days. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may involve sending you the correct item at no additional cost.
